Your supervisor will let the IT Department know what type of computer you will be needing as well as any specific software that you may be needing. You will then be contacted when your computer is ready to be picked up.

Our chat function is located on our Happy Fox website. When you launch the web page click on the yellow banner on the right hand side and you will be able to start a conversation with an IT Support person.
When picking up your new computer you go through onboard training with one of our IT personal. They will walk you through how to log into your computer, use your FC Outlook email, set up your Mitel Connect, and any other software on your computer.
